System Requirements

Operating system Microsoft Windows 95 / 98 / NT / 2000 / ME / XP 

Hard drive space Initial requirements are for approximately 3 mb of space.  FMK is a dynamic system, though, so data files grow with use.  But who worries about disk space these days, anyway? 

Video resolution 800x600 is the lowest resolution to which your screen can be set to view all of the windows properly. 

Modem & Internet connection From My Kitchen can be used without any outside connectivity, but some of its most important features depend upon it!  You can create and receive recipe files from your friends and family members via floppy disk - but why not attach them to email messages?  You will also want to periodically take a look at what recipes are being sent to the FROM MY KITCHEN COOKBOOK - the only way is with an Internet connection.  You will also be receiving NEWS - such as when upgrades are available - with the same Internet connection.
