Use this window to enter new, and edit existing, data about an entire FAMILY..
This is an easy way to enter a lot of data at once! You will notice that as you enter the FAMILY SURNAME in the box at the upper right, the program will also place this name as a default value under LAST NAME in the FAMILY MEMBERS section. It will do the same for the telephone number; when the PRIMARY PHONE number is entered for the family, the default value will appear for each member. Either of these values can then be overwritten, if necessary.
When the family data has been entered and saved into the database, when recalled, there will be a small arrow button to the left of the family member's name. Click here to bring up the PERSONAL INFO for that individual, where further editing can take place.
