Here is where all the fun begins!
INDEX
The INDEX on the left will have an entry for each FAMILY and/or INDIVIDUAL for whom you have previously entered data. Click on the entry to open that data for edit.
COMING EVENTS
The Coming Events list will show:
The next occurrence of any holiday that you have chosen to list.
The next birthday of the people in the INDEX - for whom you have entered a birthday, of course!
Any ONE-TIME or RECURRING events that you have entered. (See ADD AN EVENT below).
You can set the colors and "days to display" by clicking on the OPTIONS button at the bottom of the screen. Notice in the example above that events which are very close to occurring are colored red.
COMMAND BUTTONS ON THIS WINDOW
ADD A PERSON
This button takes you to the Personal Info window, where you can enter data for an INDIVIDUAL.
ADD A FAMILY
This button takes you to the Family Data window, where you can enter data for an entire FAMILY.
ADD AN EVENT
Click here to add a special event (not a holiday or birthday) to your COMING EVENTS list.
This button takes you to the PRINT window, where all Friends and Families printing can be directed.
