CHICKEN AND RICE CASSEROLE

  • 1 Can Cream of mushroom soup Fat Free
  • 1 Soup Can Skim Milk
  • 3/4 cup Brown Rice
  • 1 4oz. Can Mushrooms
  • 2 Chicken cutlets
  • Heat Oven to 350°. Mix mushroom soup, milk, rice and mushrooms. Season withh red pepper, italian seasoning, garlic salt, pepper and cumim. Pour into ungreased 11 x 7 baking dish. Place chicken breasts on top. Cover and bake for 1 hour. Uncover, bake 15 minutes longer.
