DOUBLE CHOCOLATE MUFFINS
Sift dry ingredients into a large mixing bowl.
Melt the butter add the remaining ingredients and mix till smooth.
Add combined liquids to the dry ingredients and fold together until the flour is dampened but not smooth.
Divide mixture evenly between 12 med sized muffin pans that have been well coated with Non stick spray.
Sprinkle with chocolate chips and bake at 200°for 10-12 minutes or until centres spring back when pressed lightly.Leave to stand in pans for 3 minutes before turning out onto wire rack.
