Cakes and Frostings

ROCKY MALLOW

  • 2 1/2 Weetbix crushed finely
  • 3/4 cup Sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Cocoa
  • 1 cup Coconut
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 6 ounces Butter, melted
  • pinch Salt
  • 2 Dessertspoons Gelatin
  • 1 cup Water, hot
  • 2 cups Sugar
  • Mix the dry ingredients together.Add the melted butter and mix well.Press into a tin and bake in moderate oven- 350°-for 15 minutes.

    When cold put on topping

    TOPPING

    Dissolve gelatine in cup of hot water.

    Add the 2 cups sugar and beat till thick and fluffy.

    Put on base and decorate with chocolate hail.
