CHICKEN SORRENTO

  • 4 Boneless, skinless chicken Breast halves
  • 1 Bottle (8 oz) Creamy Italian Dressing
  • Sprinkle chicken with 1/4 t salt and 1/8 t pepper.

    Heat 2 t oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Add chicken; cook 2 minutes on each side, or until golden.

    Pour dressing over chicken; turn to coat. Cover, reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes.

    Add frozen vegetables, cover and cook 5 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are crisp-tender.
