MIDNIGHT MADNESS CHEESECAKE

  • 8 ounces Cheese, Cream
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 6 ounces Chocolate morsels, semi-sweet
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1 Pie shells
  • Melt chocolate and set aside. In a large bowl with mixer at medium speed, cream cheese and mayonaise until smooth; gradually adding sugar. Beat in eggs, one at a time; beat in melted chocolate and vanilla until smooth. Pour into pie crust ( I use a chocolate crumb crust), place on cookie sheet. Bake at 350° for 30-35 minutes. Chill 4 hours.

    I decorate with dollops of whipped cream and crushed chocolate chips. Easy and delicious!
