CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE STICKS
Preheat oven to 350° F. Spray pan with vegetable pan spray. Combine butter with both sugars in mixing bowl until creamy. Add egg and vanilla; mix well. Stir in flour, baking soda and salt; mix well. Divide dough in half. On prepared baking sheet, shape each half into 10 x 6 rectangles about 3 inches apart. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup choclate chips; press in lightly. Bake 15 - 18 minutes or until a light golden brown. Cool 5 minutes. Cut with a serrated knife into 1 inch strips; cut each strip in half. Remove to cooling grid, cool completely.
In microwave safe bowl, melt remaining choclate chips. Dip cookies halfway into melted chocolate. Place on cooling grid over waxed paper to dry.
Makes 21/2 - 3 dozen cookie sticks
