JOHN'S SWEET SAUCE
Bring all ingredients to a boil in a heavy pan. Reduce heat, and simmersauce, stirring occasionally for 30 minutes. Yield: 1 quart.
For a less sweet sauce, reduce or eliminate the brown sugar and/or ketchup. You may need to add a little water to make up for the liquid in the ketchup.*
