JEANS' SPAGHETTI SAUCE

  • 2 pounds Beef, ground
  • 4 to 6 Garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 large Onions, chopped
  • 1 large Green pepper, chopped
  • 1 cups Celery, chopped
  • 2 pounds Muushrooms, fresh, sliced
  • 2 to 4 Bay leafs
  • 1 tsp. dried/2 tsps. fresh Basil
  • 1 tsp. dried/2 tsps. fresh Oregano
  • 1/4 tsp. dried/1/2 tsps. fresh Thyme
  • 2 teaspoonss Chili powder
  • 1 teaspoons Paprika
  • 1 teaspoons Red pepper, crushed
  • 1 teaspoons Salt
  • 1 teaspoons Pepper, black
  • 1 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoons Brown sugar
  • 2 16 0z. cans Tomatos, crushed
  • 1 large cans Tomato sauce
  • 1 cans Beer
  • Brown beef and saute veggies. Add remaining ingredients and simmer 1 to 2 hours.
