JEANS' SPAGHETTI SAUCE
2 pounds Beef, ground
4 to 6 Garlic cloves, minced
1 large Onions, chopped
1 large Green pepper, chopped
1 cups Celery, chopped
2 pounds Muushrooms, fresh, sliced
2 to 4 Bay leafs
1 tsp. dried/2 tsps. fresh Basil
1 tsp. dried/2 tsps. fresh Oregano
1/4 tsp. dried/1/2 tsps. fresh Thyme
2 teaspoonss Chili powder
1 teaspoons Paprika
1 teaspoons Red pepper, crushed
1 teaspoons Salt
1 teaspoons Pepper, black
1 teaspoons Italian seasoning
1 tablespoons Brown sugar
2 16 0z. cans Tomatos, crushed
1 large cans Tomato sauce
1 cans Beer
Brown beef and saute veggies. Add remaining ingredients and simmer 1 to 2 hours.
