JAMAICAN PORK WITH CREAMY LIME SALSA
For salsa, in a medium bowl, blend mayonnaise, lime juice, onion, garlic, lime peel and pepper. Set aside.
Evenly season pork chops wit jerk seasoning. Grill or briol chops until done. To serve, arrange chops on serving platter, then gernish with mangos and salsa. Serve with remaining salsa.
NOTE: Boneless chicken breasts or halibut steaks can substituted for the pork chops.
