JALAPENO FUDGE

  • 4 to 6 Jalapenos, chopped
  • 1 pounds Chedder cheese. sharp, shredded
  • 2 to 3 Eggs, beaten
  • The jalapenos may be fresh or pickled.

    .

    Mix all until it holds together; pat into a 9" x 13" Pyrex pan. Do not oil pan! Bake at 300° for 45 minutes to 1 hour until slightly browned around the edges. Cut into small squares. Best served while still warm.
