JACKSBORO CAFE LEMON CHESS PIE

  • 6 Eggs, beaten
  • 2 cupss Sugar
  • 1 stick Butter, melted
  • 6 heaping tablespoons Flour
  • 2 cupss Corn syrup, light
  • Juice of 2 Lemons
  • 2 unbaked Pie crusts
  • Mix all ingredients. Pour into pie shells. Bake for 1 hour at 300°. Cool before serving.
