HONEY MUSTARD SALMON

  • 1/2 cups Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Mustard
  • 2 Green onions, copped
  • 1 tablespoons Honey
  • 1 tablespoons Cider vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoons Pepper, black
  • Pinch Salt
  • 4 Salmon fillets
  • In a medium bowl ,combine all ingredients except salmon. Reserve 1/3 cup mixture.

    Grill or broil salmon, brushing with remaining mayonnaise mixture, until salmon flakes with a fork, turning once.

    Serve salmon with reserved mayonnaise mixture and garnish, if desired, with additional green onions.
