GRILLED FILET AND JUMBO SHRIMP WITH BARBEQUED VEGETABLE HASH

  • FILETS AND SHRIMP INGREDIENT LIST
  • 4 - 6 to 8 oz. Fillet of beef
  • 8 Shrimp, jumbo
  • 1 tablespoons Pepper, black, cracked
  • 2 tablespoonss Olive oil, virgin
  • 1 tablespoons Garlic, finely minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • VEGETABLE HASH INGREDIENT LIST
  • 1 cups Potatoes, diced
  • 1/2 cups Onion, yellow, diced
  • 1/2 cups Poblano pepper, diced
  • 1/2 cups Corn kernals, frozen
  • 1 tablespoons Garlic, finely minced
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil, virgin
  • 1/2 cups Barbeque sauce
  • 1/2 cups Beef broth
  • FILETS AND SHRIMP PREPARATION

    Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl and marinate filets and shrimp evenly for 20 minutes to one hour.

    Pre-heat grill on high. Grill filets 4 to 6 minutes on each side and shrimp for 3 to 4 minutes on each side.

    VEGETABLE HASH PREPERATION

    Pre-heat skillet on high. Add olive oil, potatoes, onions, garlic, poblano pepper and corn. Roast for 3 to 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and let simmer 2 to 4 minutes
