GRILLED FILET AND JUMBO SHRIMP WITH BARBEQUED VEGETABLE HASH
FILETS AND SHRIMP PREPARATION
Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl and marinate filets and shrimp evenly for 20 minutes to one hour.
Pre-heat grill on high. Grill filets 4 to 6 minutes on each side and shrimp for 3 to 4 minutes on each side.
VEGETABLE HASH PREPERATION
Pre-heat skillet on high. Add olive oil, potatoes, onions, garlic, poblano pepper and corn. Roast for 3 to 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and let simmer 2 to 4 minutes
