CREAMED CHIPPED BEEF AND GREEN CHILI DIP

  • 2 pkgs. (11 oz. each) Stouffer's frozen chipped beef
  • 1 pg. (8 0z.) Cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cups Cheese, Ceddar, shredded
  • 1 small can ( 4 oz.) Green chilies, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Onions, finely chopped
  • 3/4 teaspoons Garlic powder
  • Tortilla or corn chips
  • Thaw chipped beef. Combine cream cheese, 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese, green chilis, onion and garlic powder in a medium bowl. Add chipped beef; stir well. Transfer to 1 to 1 1/2 quart shallow baking dish; top with remaining 1/4 cup Cheddar cheese.

    Bake in a preheated 375° oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until dip is bubbly and cheese is melted. Serve with chips.

    NOTE: Stouffer's Creamed Chipped Beef can be found in the frozen dinners section of your grocery store.
