Party, Pork Mutton Veal

CHEDDAR - BACON DIP

  • 1 - 8 oz. pkg Cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cups Sour cream
  • 5 Green onions, copped
  • 2 small cans Green chilies, chopped
  • 4 medium Tomatos, fresh, chopped
  • 1-16 oz. can (jar) Taco sauce
  • 2 cupss Cheese, Ceddar, shredded
  • 1 pounds Bacon, crisp, chopped
  • Tortilla chips
  • In a mixing bowl beat together cream cheese and sour cream. Spread mixture in a ungreased 13"x9"x2" inch dish. Combine onion,chilies and tomatoes. Sprinkle over cheese mixture. Pour taco sauce over vegetables. Spinkle cheddar cheese over sauce. Refrigerate, covered, for at least 1 hour. Just before serving, sprinkle with bacon. Serve with chips.
