BLACK-EYED PEA DIP

  • 1/2 pounds Cheese, Sharp cheddar
  • 1/4 cups Butter
  • 4 cupss Black-eyed peas
  • 5 Jalapenos
  • 1/2 medium Onions, chopped
  • 1 small cans Green chilies, chopped
  • 1 clove Garlic, chopped
  • Cook and drain peas (or use canned) and chop up the jalapenos. Melt cheese and butter in a double boiler. Blend remaining ingredients in a blender or food processor. Add the cheese/butter mixture and mix well.
