BLACK BEAN SALSA

  • 2 cans Black beans
  • 2 cans Corn,whole kernal
  • 2 large Tomatos, fresh, chopped
  • 1 large Avacado, chopped
  • 1 Onion, red,chopped
  • 1/4 cups Cilantro, chopped
  • 3-4 tablespoons Lime juice
  • 1 tablespoons Red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoons Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons Pepper, black, freshly ground
  • Combine, chill and garnish with additional avacado and cilantro. Makes 6 cups.
