IMPOSSIBLE CUSTARD PIE

  • 1/2 cup Bisquick
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 4 Eggs
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 3 tablespoons Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 1. Preheat oven to 400°. Grease a 9 inch pie pan.

    2. Place all ingredients in blender and mix thoroughly. Pour into pie pan.

    3. Bake for 25-30 minutes. Cool on wire rack. Store in refrigerator.
