CHOCOLATE FROSTING FOR CHOCOLATE ECLAIRS

  • 1/2 ounce (1/2 square) Unsweetened Chocolate
  • 1/2 tablespoon Butter
  • 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Hot Water
  • 1. Heat chocolate and butter over low heat until melted. Remove from heat; stir in powdered sugar and hot water. Beat until smooth.
