BAKE-SALE LEMON BARS
1. Preheat oven to 350°. Grease a 13x9 inch baking pan.
2. Combine flour, sugar and butter; pat into prepared pan. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
3. Meanwhile, in a bowl, whisk eggs, sugar, flour and lemon juice until frothy; pour over the hot crust. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until light golden brown.
4. Cool on wire rack. Dust with confectioners sugar. Cut into squares. Makes 20-24 squares.
