BLT PASTA SALAD

  • 1 (7oz) package Elbow Macaroni, cooked and drained
  • 8 slices Bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup Chili sauce
  • 1/4 cup Lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons Chicken boullion
  • 2 teaspoons Sugar
  • 1 large Tomato, seeded and chopped
  • 1/4 cup Sliced Green Onions
  • 4 cups Lettuce
  • 1. In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, chili sauce, lemon juice, bouilon and sugar; stir in macaroni, tomato and onions.

    2. Cover and chill. Just before serving, stir in lettuce and bacon.

    Makes 8 cups
