Rice Dishes
PARMESAN BUTTERED RICE
1. In a large saucepan, bring water to a boil; stir in rice. Reduce heat to low; cover and cook for 20 minutes or until tender.
2. In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter until browned.
3. Place rice in a serving dish and sprinkle with Parmesan. Pour butter over rice; cover and let stand 2-3 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley. Makes 6-8 servings
