HASH BROWN CASSEROLE

  • 2 (10-3/4 oz ea) can Cream of Potato Soup
  • 1 cup (8oz) Sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic salt
  • 1 (2lb) package Frozen Hash Brown Potatoes
  • 2 cups Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1. Preheat oven to 350°. Grease a 13x9 inch baking dish.

    2. In a large bowl, combine the soup, sour cream and garlic salt. Add potatoes and cheddar cheese; mix well. Pour into prepared dish. Top with Parmesan cheese.

    3. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 55-60 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Makes 12-16 servings.
