BREAD STICKS
1. Place first 8 ingredients in bread pan according to manufacturers suggestion. Select Dough cycle.
2. When cycle is complete, put dough on a lightly floured board. Divide into 12 equal pieces. Roll each piece into an 8-10 inch stick. Place each stick on a greased baking sheet. Cover with towel and let rise for 30 minutes.
3. Preheat oven to 400°. Beat together egg and water. Brush generously over each stick. Sprinkle with salt, garlic powder, sesame seeds, poppy seeds or whatever topping you desire.
4. Bake at 400° for 10-15 minutes.
