MOM'S CHINESE CHICKEN

  • 1/2 cup Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Oil
  • 2 dashes Dry mustard
  • 2 dashes Garlic powder
  • 2 dashes Black pepper
  • 2 dashes Ginger
  • 8 Chicken Drumsticks or Thighs
  • 1. Mix all ingredients, except chicken in a plastic zipper bag. Add chicken pieces. Marinate in refrigerator for at least 1 hour or as long as overnight.

    2. Preheat oven to 350°. Place chicken on a foil lined baking sheet.

    3. Bake for 45-60 mins.

    Serves 4
