MOM'S CHINESE CHICKEN
1. Mix all ingredients, except chicken in a plastic zipper bag. Add chicken pieces. Marinate in refrigerator for at least 1 hour or as long as overnight.
2. Preheat oven to 350°. Place chicken on a foil lined baking sheet.
3. Bake for 45-60 mins.
Serves 4
