BETTY CROCKER MEATLOAF

  • 1 1/2 pounds Hamburger meat
  • 1 cup Dry Bread Crumbs or Oatmeal
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 small Onion, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dry Mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ground sage
  • 1 Garlic Clove, crushed
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1. Preheat oven to 350°. Lightly grease a 9x5x3 inch loaf pan or a 1-1/2 qt casserole dish.

    2. Mix all ingredients except Dijon mustard. Put in prepared pan. Spread Dijon mustard on top.

    3. Bake at 350° for 1-1/2 hours.
