LASAGNA SANDWICHES

  • 1/2 cup Sour cream
  • 4 tablespoons Onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Oregano, dried
  • 1/2 teaspoon Seasoned Salt
  • 8 slices Italian Bread
  • 8 slices Bacon, halved and cooked
  • 8 slices Tomato
  • 4 slices Mozzarella Cheese
  • 2-3 tablespoon Butter
  • 1.Combine the first 4 ingredients. Spread on 4 slices of bread. Top each with 4 bacon slices, 2 tomato slices and a slice of cheese; top with remaining bread.

    2. In a skillet over medium heat, melt 2 tbls butter. Cook sandwiches on both sides until bread is lightly browned and cheese is melted, adding more butter if necessary. Makes 4 sandwiches.
