HONEY AND SPICE CHICKEN
1. Heat oven to 375°.
2. Brush chicken with butter; place skin side down on a rack in a shallow baking dish. Bake 40 minutes.
3. In the meantime, in a small bowl combine Heinz 57 sauce and honey.
4. Turning chicken skin side up, brush both sides with mixture. Bake chicken 15-20 minutes longer or until tender.
5. Brush the chicken with the remaining mixture. Serve.
May also use on the grill.
