FRIED CHICKEN AND ONIONS

  • 3 pounds Chicken Pieces
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Poultry Seasoning
  • 3 large Onions, peeled and sliced
  • 3/4 cup Water
  • In a large frying pan place chicken skin side up, topped with onion slices. Sprinkle with seasonings. Cover and cook over low heat for 40 minutes until chicken is cooked and tender. Remove chicken. Add water to pan. Cook until down to half of the liquid.. Serve over chicken.

    Serves 6
