BEST EVER MEATLOAF

  • 1 (10-3/4oz) can Cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 pounds Ground beef
  • 1/2 cup Dry Bread Crumbs
  • 1 Egg, slightly beaten
  • 1/3 cup Chopped onion
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1. Preheat oven to 375°. Lightly grease a shallow baking pan.

    2. Mix thoroughly 1/2 cup soup, beef, bread crumbs, egg, onion and salt. Shape firmly into loaf in prepared baking pan. Spread Dijon mustard on top.

    3. Bake for 1-1/2 hours. Let stand 5 to 10 minutes before slicing.

    Makes 6-8 servings
