BAKED FISH
If fish are large, cut into 5 or 6 serving pieces. Sprinkle both sides of fish with salt and pepper. Mix butter, lemon juice and onion. Dip fish into butter mixture; arrange in greased baking pan. Pour remaining butter over fish.
Cook uncovered in 350° oven until fish flakes easily with fork, 25 to 30 minutes. Sprinkle with paprika, if desired.
Makes 5 or 6 servings
