BAKED FISH

  • 1 pound Fish Fillets
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • dash Pepper
  • 4 tablespoons Butter or margarine, melted
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Grated Onion
  • If fish are large, cut into 5 or 6 serving pieces. Sprinkle both sides of fish with salt and pepper. Mix butter, lemon juice and onion. Dip fish into butter mixture; arrange in greased baking pan. Pour remaining butter over fish.

    Cook uncovered in 350° oven until fish flakes easily with fork, 25 to 30 minutes. Sprinkle with paprika, if desired.

    Makes 5 or 6 servings
