HONEY MUSTARD ROLLS

  • 3/4 cup Milk
  • 1/4 cup Honey Mustard
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 1 tablespoon Water
  • 3 cups Bread flour
  • 1 tablespoon Brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Active dry yeast
  • 1 Egg white, slightly beaten
  • 1 tablespoon Honey Mustard
  • 1. Add the first 10 ingredients to the bread machine according to manufacturers directions. Select the dough cycle. When cycle is complete, remove dough from machine. Cover and let rest for 10 minutes.

    2. On a lightly floured surface, divide dough into 12 equal pieces.

    3. Place dough pieces, 2 inches apart, on greased baking sheet. Cover and let rise in warm place for 30 minutes or until nearly doubled in size. In a small bowl combine the egg white and 1 tbls honey mustard; brush over rolls.

    4. Bake in 375° oven for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from baking sheets; cool on wire racks.

    Makes 12 rolls
