BANANA NUT BREAD

  • 2 1/2 cups Flour
  • 1/2 cup Sugar, granulated
  • 1/2 cup Packed Brown Sugar
  • 3 1/2 teaspoons Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 3 tablespoons Vegetable oil
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/3 cup Milk
  • 3 Mashed Bananas
  • 1 cup Walnuts, chopped
  • 1. Preheat oven to 350°. Grease a 9x5x3 inch loaf pan.

    2.In a large bowl, mix all ingredients; beat 30 seconds. Pour batter into prepared pan.

    3. Bake at 350° for 55 to 65 minutes or until cake tester inserted in center comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes. Remove from pan and cool completely before slicing.

    Makes 1 loaf
