Breakfast, Casseroles, Pork Mutton Veal
IMPOSSIBLY EASY HAM AND SWISS PIE
1. Preheat oven to 400°. Grease a 9 inch pie plate. Sprinkle ham, cheese and onion in pan.
2. Stir Bisquik mix, milk, salt, pepper and eggs until blended. Pour into pie plate.
3. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool at least 5 minutes before slicing.
Recipe may be doubled and cooked in 9"x13" pan.
