Breakfast, Casseroles, Pork Mutton Veal

IMPOSSIBLY EASY HAM AND SWISS PIE

  • 1 1/2 cups Ham, cooked and cubed
  • 1 cup Shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1/4 cup Onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Bisquick
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt (optional)
  • 1/8 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1. Preheat oven to 400°. Grease a 9 inch pie plate. Sprinkle ham, cheese and onion in pan.

    2. Stir Bisquik mix, milk, salt, pepper and eggs until blended. Pour into pie plate.

    3. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool at least 5 minutes before slicing.

    Recipe may be doubled and cooked in 9"x13" pan.
