BROWN GRAVY
1. In a small bowl combine flour, onion powder, salt and pepper; set aside.
2.In a small saucepan melt butter, stirring constantly, until browned. Add flour mixture to butter; cook until flour is browned. Slowly add broth, stirring constantly. Bring to a boil. Boil and stir for 2 minutes.
Makes 1 cup
