CHICKEN IN A BASKET
1. Saute onions in butter. Add cheese, mayo and milk. Heat over low heat until cheese is melted. Add chicken and broccoli; mix well.
2. Pour into a greased 11-3/4 x 7-1/2 inch baking dish. Cut cresent rolls into strips. Cover chicken with a lattice design. Brush with melted butter.
3. Bake in preheated 350° oven for 35 minutes or until golden brown.
Serves 4
