CHERRY ALMOND BARK

  • 1 pound Almond Bark, broken into pieces
  • 3/4 cup Candied Cherries, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Almonds, whole and unblanched
  • 1 teaspoon Almond extract
  • 1. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.

    2. In a saucepan over medium-low heat, melt bark, stirring until smooth. Add cherries, almonds and extract; mix well. Spread onto foil-lined baking sheet. Refrigerate until firm. Break into pieces. Makes about 1 pound.
