Beef, Mexican - Spanish, Salads and Dressings

THE BEST TACO SALAD

  • 1 pound Ground beef
  • 1 medium Onions, chopped
  • 1 small Tomatos, fresh, chopped
  • 2 cups Cheddar cheese, sharp
  • 1 cup Thousand Island Dressing
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 1 large bag Naco Chips
  • 1 large head Lettuce
  • 1 package Taco seasoning
  • Cook and brown the ground beef. Drain off excess grease.

    Cook meat and taco seasoning per package directions.

    In large bowl, mix together diced up lettuce,onions,tomatos. Add cooked meat,cheese, thousand island dressing,sour cream and crunched up Naco chips,mix well. Best when served fresh.

    Serves 4-6
