CROCK-POT SCALLOPED POTATOES AND HAM

  • 8 slices Ham
  • 10 medium Potatos, peeled,sliced
  • 1 large Onions, sliced thin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 pound Velveeta cheese
  • 10 ounces Cream of celery or mushroom soup
  • Place ham in slow cooker. Add potatoes, onion. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add cheese chunks. Pour soup over all. Cover and cook on low 8 to 10 hours. When ready to serve, mix slightly. Serves 6 to 8.
