CROCK-POT BURGER BUNDLES

  • 1 pound Ground beef
  • 1/3 cup Evaporated milk
  • 1 cup Stove Top stuffing mix,herbed
  • 10 ounces Cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Catsup
  • Mix ground beef with evaporated milk; divide into 5 balls. Prepare stuffing mix according to package directions. On wax paper, flatten each ball into a 6-in. circle. Spoon 1/4 cup stuffing in center of each and draw meat over stuffing; seal. Place sealed side down in slow cooker. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over bundles. Cover and cook 6 to 8 hours. Serves. 5.
