Cakes and Frostings

DALMATION CUPCAKES

  • 2 (8 oz ea) package Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 cup Chocolate morsels, semi-sweet
  • 1 package Devil's Food Cake Mix
  • 1 container Vanilla Frosting
  • 1/2 cup Chocolate morsels, semi-sweet
  • 1. Preheat oven to 350°. Place paper baking cup in each of 24 regular size muffin cups.

    2. Beat cream cheese, sugar and egg in medium bowl on medium speed until smooth. Stir in 1 cup chocolate morsels; set aside

    3. Prepare cake mix according to pkg directions. Divide batter among muffin cups. Top each one with 1 tbls cream cheese mixture.

    4. Bake 20-25 mins or until tops spring back when touched lightly. Cool 10 Mins in pan. Remove from pan; cool completely.

    5. Frost tops with frosting and sprinkle each with a few chocolate morsels.
