AMARETTO CAKE

  • 1 package Cake Mix, Yellow
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 (5.1 0z) package Instant Vanilla pudding
  • 2 tablespoons Amaretto
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1/2 cup Oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon Almond extract
  • 1/2 cup Amaretto
  • 1 cup Sifted confectioners sugar
  • 1. Preheat oven to 350°. Grease and flour a 10 inch Bundt pan.

    2. In a large bowl, combine first 7 ingredients; blend together well. Pour batter into prepared pan.

    3. Bake for 40-45 mins, or until cake tester inserted in middle comes out clean. Remove cake from oven and while still warm, poke holes in cake. Drizzle with glaze. Let cake cool at least 2 hours before removing from pan.

    4. To make glaze: combine confectioners sugar and 1/2 cup Amaretto. Blend until smooth.
