MARINADE FOR VENSION STEAKS AND ROASTS

  • 1 bottles Italian salad dressing
  • 1 cups Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cups Heinz 57 sauce
  • 2-3 teaspoons Dry mustard
  • 1 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Marinate for 24 hours - turning meat several times.

    Cook steaks or roast over charcoal fire. Roast can also be cooked in oven.
