MOM'S GREAT HOT FUDGE SAUCE
Melt first 2 ingredients, then add sugar and evaporated milk. Cook until thick and bubbly, about 5 minutes. Stir constantly. Remove from heat. Add vanilla. Serve over ice cream. Leftovers can be refrigerated and reheated.
