MOM'S GREAT HOT FUDGE SAUCE

  • 1 cup Butter
  • 4 squares Chocolate, unsweetened
  • 1 pound Confectioner's sugar
  • 1- 12 oz. can Evaporated milk
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla

    • Melt first 2 ingredients, then add sugar and evaporated milk. Cook until thick and bubbly, about 5 minutes. Stir constantly. Remove from heat. Add vanilla. Serve over ice cream. Leftovers can be refrigerated and reheated.
