Cakes and Frostings

MARY JANE CAKES

  • 1 Yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 cup Butter,melted
  • 1 Egg
  • 4 cups Confectioner's sugar
  • 8 ounces Cream cheese
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla

    • Mix cake mix, melted butter, and egg. Press in bottom of 9 x 13 pan. Mix confectionrs' sugar, cream cheese, 2 eggs and vanilla. Spread over base and bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes. Cool. Cut into small squares.
