BIG BREAKFAST HASH BROWNS

  • 1 small teaspoon Bacon grease
  • 1/2 small Onions, diced
  • 1 Potatos, sliced
  • pinch Salt and pepper
  • Heat up pan with bacon grease.While pan is heating, dice up onion and put in pan.

    Strip potato{s} skin and slice on a grater on a paper towel. Pat down slices with a couple of paper towels to get rid of excess water. Put potato slices in pan and fry on medium heat until potatoes have browned,then flip over and brown other
