JERRY'S OVEN JAMBALAYA

  • 1 lb Bacon cut into 1/2 inch pieces
  • 1 lb. Raw shrimp
  • 1 lb. Uncooked smoked sausage
  • 1 can Campbells beef boullion soup
  • 1 can Campbells french onion soup
  • 1 8 oz. can Tomato sauce
  • 1 stick Margarine
  • 1 1/2 cups Chopped bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup Parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Green onions, minced
  • 1/2 cup Celery, chopped
  • 1 small can Water chestnuts, sliced
  • 1 small can Mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cups Uncle bens raw rice
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • to taste Tony Chacheres
  • Fry off bacon in microwave on high until soft and drain off drippings. Mix all ingredients in a large oven proof casserole or pan. Bake covered for 1 hour at 350 degrees. I usually add a little worchestershire and cut up some skinless chicken and add before cooking.
